أُسائِلُ عَن ذاكَ المحيّا تَشَوُّقاً

إليه جميعَ العاملينَ منَ الورى

I ask of him whose countenance gives life to longing

For him all the people of the world yearn

وغيرُ عجيبٍ للطبيبِ إذا اغتدى

لِمنْ يلتقيهِ بالسؤالِ عنِ الخَرا

It is no wonder for the healer if he is lost

To whom he meets with questions of ruin
