لا تَحمِلوا الهَمَّ فَما

يُظْلَمُ حُكْمُ القَلَم

Do not bear worries, for none

Are wronged by destiny's judgment.

فالهَمُّ فيه ثِقَلٌ

وَمنهُ أَصلَ السْقَمِ

Worry weighs down the heart -

From it stems sickness.

وَهَلْ يطيقُ ناحِلٌ

يَحِمل نصفَ الهَرَمِ

Can a camel bear

Half the weight of a pyramid?
