لكلِّ شخص منزلٌ يمتاز به

فلا تبالِ فالأمور تشتبه

Each person has a home distinguished by it

So do not worry, things appear similar

أنت بما ترمي به نفوسَنا

من الذي تدري به يُصاب به

You with what our souls aspire to

Who do you know will be afflicted by it?

فإنه لا فعلَ للعبد الذي

أثبته عينُ الوجودِ المشتبه

For there is no action for the servant who

Is proven by the eye of the ambiguous existence

وليس يدري علمَ ما جئت به

إلا خبير ذو مذاقٍ منتبه

And does not know the knowledge of what I brought with me

Except the expert with a keen sense of taste
