من يعبدِ الله على أمره

ذاك الذي يعبده حقا

He who worships God as He commands

He it is who truly worships Him

من يعبدِ الله على شرعه

ذاك الذي يعبده رقا

He who worships God as He decreed

He it is who worships Him sincerely

العبدُ من يعبدُه هكذا

لا يلتفت أجراً ولا خلقا

The servant who worships Him thus

Seeks neither reward nor people's praise

والله يجزيه على فعله

صِدقاً لما قد قاله صدقا

And God rewards him for his deed

Truthfully, for he spoke truthfully
