وبالجبلِ الأمين يمينُ ربي

قد أودعه به الروحُ الأمينُ

By the faithful mountain my Lord's oath

In which He entrusted the faithful soul

إلى أن جاء إبراهيم يبني

مكان البيتِ ناداه الأمين

Until Abraham came to build

The House where the Faithful called

لديّ وديعةٌ حُبستْ زماناً

مطهَّرةٌ يقالُ لها اليمينُ

I have with me a trust that was hidden for ages

Called the right hand, pure and clean

فخذها يا خليلَ الله تربحْ

فهذا السوقُ والثمن الثمينُ

Take it, O Friend of God, and profit

For this is the market and the precious price

وكبِّر واستلم واسجدْ وفبِّل

ليشرقَ عن سجدتِك الجبينُ

Glorify, receive, bow down and kiss

So your forehead shines from your prostration

وقل هذي اليمينُ يمينُ ربي

وإني الواله الدَّنِف الحزينُ

And say this right hand is my Lord's oath

And I am the humble, sorrowful servant

ينادي من طباقِ القرب عبدي

أتاك الجدُّ والعزُّ المكين

Calling from the proximity of the grave, my servant

Seriousness and honor have come to you

ولبتك المشاعرُ والمساعي

وقال بفضلِك البلد الأمين

And the holy places and efforts inclined to you

And the faithful city said, by your grace

ألا أيها الحجرُ المعلَّى

تغيَّرَ وجهُكَ الغضُّ المصون

O exalted stone

Your smooth, preserved face has changed

سوادُك من سويدا كلِّ قلبٍ

ويبسك من قساوتها يكون

Your blackness from the blackness of every heart

And your dryness from its hardness comes

يهون عليَّ فيك سوادُ عيني

إذا بخِلتْ بأسودها العيونُ

The blackness of my eyes is easy for me in you

When eyes are stingy with their blackness
