لبيك لبيبك من داعٍ بإجماعٍ
والكلُّ أنتَ فأنتَ السامعُ الداعي
I respond to your call with utmost consensus
You are everything, the caller and the listener
فلم يلبك مني غير كونكمُ
أنت اللسانُ بلا خلفٍ باجماعِ
None responds to me but your essence
You are the tongue without doubt with consensus
قد صحَّ عنك من الأخبارِ ما نطقتْ
به التراجم عند الحافظِ الواعي
What the biographies related from the news through
The preserver has verified about you
ما إن ذكرتكَ في نفسي وفي ملأ
إلا وكان شفاءً لي من أوجاعي
Whenever I mention you in myself and in public
It is a cure for me from my pains
لم يقص عنك الذي قد صحَّ من خبر
رويته من حديثِ الشبر والباع
No one left out what was verified from the news
I narrated from the hadith of inches and spans
لقد تحققتهذوقاً ومعرفةً
من غير شكٍّ ولا قول بإقناع
I have realized it experientially and knowingly
Without doubt or speech with persuasion
درَّت لبون مواشيه على جلدي
بكلِّ مرعى وإنَّ الرعي للراعي
The cows of His creatures leaked upon my skin
In every pasture, and pasturing is for the shepherd
ولو طمعت بكوني فيّ دونكمُ
خابتْ لديّ على التحقيقِ أطماعي
If I hoped to be without You
My hopes were thwarted with certainty
أنت اللسانُ وأنت الرِّجل أسعى بها
ولا أقول بأنَّ الناطقَ الساعي
You are the tongue and you are the foot I walk with
And I do not say the speaker is the walker
وأنت لي بصرٌ إذ أبصرت به
وأنت سمعي فخذ فضلاً بأسماعي
You are a sight for me when I saw with it
And You are my hearing so take my gratitude
نطقاً يحققني بمنا يوفقني
وليس يلحقني في الفهم اتباعي
Speech that proves me the success You grant me
And no other understanding can catch up to me
بشرى أسرُّ بها إني من أهم ملكمُ
ولا يطمنه زجري وإرداعي
Good news I confide that I am from your kingdom
Neither my deterrence nor resistance reassures me
إني لأشهدُكم وأنت تشهد لي
بذاك في الجبل الراسي وفي القاع
I bear witness to You and You testify to me
With that on the steady mountain and on the ground
أنتَ العليمُ الذي قسمت اقفزة
حبّ العقولِ فمن مُدٍّ ومن صاعٍ
You are the Knowledgeable who apportioned the steps
Of minds' love, some extended and some brief
أمري ظفرت بها في وقتِ قسمتها
وما جعلتُ لها حظاً من اقطاعي
I gained my matter when You apportioned them
And I did not make any share for my landholding
أقطاعنا هي أسماءُ الإله بها
عين النجاةِ لأبصاري وأسماعي
Our landholding is the Names of God through which
Are the essence of salvation for my eyes and ears
ولا خطوت إلى ما ليس لي قدما
في حالِ وتر ولا في حالِ إشفاع
And I have not stepped towards what I have no footing in
Neither in a state of abstinence nor intercession
لذاك ما وردتْ في حقنا كتبٌ
منه تؤدي إلى ردعٍ واقماعِ
Therefore, the books that came regarding us
Lead to restraint and deterrence
أنصفته في الذي قد جاء يطلبنا
بما تقرَّر من سبق بإسراع
You judged him who came seeking us
With what was affirmed with preceding haste
