I dressed a maid in a dress of silk

Between the house door and the courtyard

And kissed her, so we kissed her kisses

And was absent from feeling humanity

She cried out in the folds of circumambulation, as

They unveiled faces of the best images

This is a noble imam between our midst

This is a martyr of love, kissing, and seeing

Her mother told her, kiss him again

Perhaps he may come to life like the blowing into the trumpet

For blowing brings out souls into existence and with it

Brings to life when called to resurrection from graves

So I returned and she removed the veil of my swoon

And I turned away while following her trace

I kiss the ground in reverence of its place

While cautious of him and his ties

Because of depicting him in the image of a woman

At manifestation, I said the flaw is from my sight

And women like stars in their rising

While you among them are the sun and moon

Oh her beauty radiant like the rising sun

Captivating minds with that coquetry and maidenhood
