If things seem strange beyond comprehension,
The origin and perfume are equal in creation.
They struck him down claiming,
If struck, he would not rise from his burial site.
But he spoke to the people, then restored him
To his original state at the break of dawn.
As the pebbles glorified in the hand of the Master,
And his companions were like shining stars.
The miracles were only their hearing,
And this that came was a type of prose.
Everyone has a state and appointed time,
A time for unveiling and a time for concealment.
One from Damascus would not see him acting,
Yet sees him alive if from Egypt.
He who resembled me came a stranger, asserting
What they both said, nothing objectionable in it.
Whoever wants may disbelieve, and whoever wants may say,
I am certainly right in the matter.
By the strength of my faith in what my Creator said,
And my truthfulness which God has asserted in my conscience.
