تباركَ الله هل بالدار من أحد

غير الذي هو مجهولٌ ومعقولُ

Blessed is Allah, is there anyone in the house

Other than He who is unknown yet known?

الله يعلمُ أنَّ الدارَ خاليةٌ

والزهر مبتسمٌ والروضُ مطلولُ

Allah knows the house is empty

The flowers smile and the meadows are open

والغيثُ منسِكبٌ والسرُّ مرتقَبٌ

إلى الذي هو بالبرهان معلول

The rain pours down and the secret is awaited

By Him who is logically inferred

والله ما نزلت نفس بساحتها

إلا الذي هو للألباب مدلول

By Allah, no soul descended in its courtyard

Except the one who is implied to the wise

غيري وغير الذي ما زال يتبعني

فالكشفُ لي وهو للأتباعِ منقول

None other than me and the one who still follows me

So the unveiling is for me and transmitted to the followers

الوصلُ منفصلٌ والضد متصلٌ

وفي المعارف تحييرٌ وتضليل

The connection is disconnected and the opposite is connected

In gnosis there is confusion and misguidance

ما كنتُ مبتدئاً فيه ومُبتدعاً

بل جاء فيه من الرحمن تنزيل

I was not the originator or the innovator in it

Rather, a revelation came in it from the Merciful

قوَّى به خبراً يحوي على صور

للحقِّ ليس لها بالشرعِ تفصيل

It confirmed a narrative that contains images

Of the Truth that has no detailed exposition in the Law

فما أبتغي حِولاً عنها ولا بدلاً

وحير العقلَ تبديلٌ وتحويل

So I do not seek any deviation or substitution from it

Reason was confused by alteration and transformation

العقلُ قيد بلإطلاق حاكمه

والشرعُ سرَّحه وفيه تعليل

Reason is bound while its Judge released it

And the Law liberated it and in it is justification

لولا تحولُه لم تدرِ صورته

وكيفَ يدرك أمر فيه تبديل

Without its transformation, you would not know its form

And how can one grasp something involving change?
