  8. بل لك الكل جميعا

    هكذا أعطاه علمي

    Thus my knowledge has given it"

  9. لم يكن ظنّاً ولا ما

    ينسب الوهم لفهمي

    Imagination attributes to my understanding

    Thus is the command, so apportion

  10. هكذا الأمر فقسم

    ثم خذ منه بقسم

    Then take from it a portion

    And what intoxicates creation

  11. وما يعم الشرب خلقاً

    أبدا ولا بوهم

    Never with delusion

    It is my concern in my happiness

  12. هو همي في سروري

    وفي أفراحي وغمي

    And in my joys and sorrows

    And so He returns me

  13. ولذا جاء يردني

    أبدا في كلِّ حكم

    Never in any ruling

    In your name I named myself

  14. باسمكم سميتُ نفسي

    مثل ما سميت باسمي

    Just as I was named by my name

    I am none other than the named one

  15. ما أنا غير المسمى

    لا و لا غير المسمي

    No, and none other than the named

    Everything in me is in actuality

  16. كلُّ شيء فيّ بالفع

    لكذا أعطاه زعمي

    Thus my presumption gave it

    I said to the outward from me

  17. قلتُ للظاهر مني

    في وجودي أين عمي

    In my existence, where is the blindness?

    I long for Him

  18. أنا مشتاقٌ إليه

    عدّ عنه ثم عمِّ

    Cease from Him, then expand

    Command about them and clarify

  19. أمره عنهم وصرِّح

    بمديحي وبذمي

    My praise and my dispraise

    And stand in it as an orator

  20. ولتقم فيه خطيباً

    بالذي فيهم وسمي

    Regarding what is in them and I characterized

    And aid each person

  21. ولتعين كلّ شخصٍ

    بالذي فيهم من إثم

    With what is in them of sin

    From intimate touch in prohibition

  22. من عناق في حرام

    وارتشافٍ عند لثم

    And sipping at kissing

    And lowering concealing garments

  23. وستور مسدلاتٍ

    وجماع عند ضم

    And mating at embracing
