And with abandoned resolve he calls the dawn though he has seen
And a cowering soul invoking the morning, having seen
Renowned stars from the dawn turn pale
The prominent signs of a dawn, renowned and bright,
Towards no excitement has the dawn broken except that
Not for a battle that dawned, but rather because
Over it the night of perfection darkened and bowed
The full night darkened over him, so he lowered his gaze.
