Today without the guides of righteousness

The banners of victory flutter with good tidings

Since Gabriel the angel brought glad tidings

To Mary, and she was breathing in it

He said "Peace be upon you, our God

Has come upon you, and He is the intimate friend"

And He truly turns in repentance from the sins of His people

And settles on the throne of His Father and sits

Bring your branch, O Bethlehem, bearing

A son for it, whose father from it is silent
