I have no special homelands whose traits

Are equal between the noble and the vile

It is their way to praise their guest

Unjustly as they vilify the virtuous

I decided not to stay in its land

Forever even if its friend was a friend

I love other than it, desiring away from it

Even if its water was soft and its breeze was pleasant

And I will certainly abandon its lands because

They are a country that restricts its noble customs

Leave it and do not care for it, O how long

The vile prospered in it and the noble was humiliated
