لا يوحِشَنّكَ ما اسْتَحْمَلْتُ مِنْ سَقَمٍ

فإنَّ مُنْزِلَهُ بي أَحْسَنُ النّاسِ

Do not let what I have endured of illness dishearten you,

For I am in the most excellent place inhabited by people.
