عَبدُكَ الفَتحُ كابَدَ اللَيلَ حَتّى

نالَ مِن جِسمِهِ الضَنى وَالنُحولُ

Your slave endured the night until

emaciation and wasting plagued his body.

فَإِذا ما سَلِمتَ فَهوَ سَليمٌ

وَإِذا ما اِعتَلَلتَ فَهوَ عَليلُ

So if you are well, then he is well,

and if you are unwell, then he is unwell.
