مرأىً من السّحْرِ كلُّهُ حَسَنُ

ماءٌ ونارٌ حَماهُما كنفٌ

كالقلبِ فيه السرورُ والحَزَنُ

water and fire, both sheltered by one enclosure,

like the heart, where joy and sorrow dwell.
