اخلط بمائك صمغنا فهما

رطبان يلتزقان في العملِ

Mix with your water our gum, for they

فإذا هما اتحدا نظرت إلى

جسد صحيح الوزن معتدلِ

So when they have become one, I looked upon

A body, well-proportioned and symmetrical.

أجمده بالأجساد فهو بها

يقوى وفيه السر بالثقلِ

I will strengthen it with bodies, so it

Grows stronger through them, and the secret of its strength lies in its weight.

والصمغ يجمع ذات بينهما

حتى تفوز بغاية الأملِ

And the gum unites the essence between them

Until you attain the utmost of your hopes.
