    ومعدن الظلمة في الأسفلِ

    While darkness dwells below.

  2. والحر وهو النور من شأنه

    في سائر الأحوال أن يعتلي

  3. تباعدت أطراف قطريهما

    فاختلفا في الأبعد الأطولِ

  7. والتحمت منها تراكيبنا

    حتى انتهت منها إلى الأفضلِ

    Our compositions fused from it

    Until they ended in the best.
