أما استحيا أبو يحيى

لفَضِّ المهجة الكُبرى

For the outpouring of his great passion?

If through you the present world opens,

لئِنْ فُتِحت بك الدُّنيا

لقد فُتِحَتْ بكَ الأُخرى

Through you opens the world to come!
