أَبا اسحاق ياخير الورى

ويا ابن السّادة الغرّ الكرامِ

Aba Ishaq, O best of creation

And O son of glorious and generous masters

ورثتَ أَبا المعمّر بيت مجدٍ

ومن عمرو ونبهان الهمامِ

You have inherited from Abu al-Muammar a house of glory

And from Amr and Nubahan the protectors

وفي آل العتيك ورثت عزاً

بلغت به إلى الرّتب السّوامي

And in the family of Al Utayk you have inherited honor

Reaching through it the highest ranks

فأنت من المعالي في ذراها

ومن شرف العشيرة في السّنامِ

So you are, in its progeny, of the highest virtues

And of the nobility of lineage in the marks

إذا الممتاحُ زارك مستفيداً

بدأتَ له ببشرٍ وابتسامِ

When the guest comes to you seeking benefit

You begin for him with glad tidings and a smile

عهدنا منك عارفةً وبراً

وعادات من المنن الجسامِ

We have known you to have knowledge and righteousness

And favors of tremendous generosity

فتهنيك السّلامة واستقرَّت

لك البركات في شهر الصّيامِ

So congratulations on wellness, and may

Blessings be yours in the month of fasting

وعاد عليك عيدك في نعيمٍ

يعمّ ذوي وَلائك أَلف عامِ

And may your feast day return to you in prosperity

Encompassing those loyal to you for a thousand years
