هذا الإمامُ الذي إليهِ

أسندَ خيرُ الورى الوصيَّهْ

This imam to whom

The best of creation entrusted

حكمتًَ حكمَ النبيّ عدلاً

ولم تَجُرْ قطُّ في قضيّهْ

His successor ruled justly like the Prophet

And never acted unjustly in his judgments

أنت شبيهُ النبيِّ حقّاً

في الحكمِ والخُلق والسجيّهْ

You truly resemble the Prophet
