Your tongue is a sword; its mark cannot be hidden.
Your tongue is a sword that leaves no trace
And you are like a viper: you spare nothing and leave nothing.
You are like glass that leaves nothing, not even a speck
My secret with you is like the secrets of a glass vessel: neither
My secrets are with you like the secrets of a glass
its clarity nor its cloudiness is hidden from the eye.
Its clarity and murkiness are plain for the eye to see
So beware a fracture caused by poetry that cannot be mended;
So beware of shattering poetry that cannot be mended
for a glass vessel's fracture cannot be mended.
For glass, once shattered, can never be repaired
