تَحَلَّت بِهِ الدُنيا فَغَطَّت عُيوبها

وَأَمسَت بِهِ الدُنيا تُجَلُّ وَتُحمَدُ

The world was adorned with him, thus covering up her flaws,

The world adorned itself with him, concealing its flaws,

And through him the world became glorious and praiseworthy.

And through him, the world became exalted and praised.
