البطنُ لا أسلكُهُ

فإنّني أحذرُ مِنْ

The belly, I do not tread

For I fear from

وأركب الظهرَ بَلَى

مَن ركبَ الظهرَ أَمِنْ

And I ride on the back yes

Who rode on the back is safe
