زعيمُ خَوَارِ الزي عجلٌ ونطقُهُ

خُوارٌ فَيا تبّاً لهُ جاءَ أو ذهبْ

The leader of the worthless, he's a calf and his speech

Is worthless, so doom be upon him if he came or went.

يناسبُ عجلَ السامري بزورهِ

سوى أنّ هذا من خَرى وهوَ من ذَهَبْ

The Samaritan's calf suits him in its falseness,

Except this one's of dung while that one's of gold.
