سَلامٌ لا تُشابِهُهُ الدراري

وَلا الرَوضُ المُطَرّزُ بِالبَهارِ

A peace unmatched by gardens

Or meadows graced with flowers galore

وَودّ لا نَفادَ لضهُ وَشَوقٌ

إِلى عَلياكَ لَيسَ بِذي اِقتِصارِ

Love without end for you I profess

And longing that knows no bound

إِلى ابنِ الخوجَةِ الفَذّ المُعَلىّ

فَريدِ العَصرِ طول الافتِخارِ

For Al Saud’s most noble son

Pride of the age, trophy beyond compare

نَعمتُ بِقُربِهِ حيناً وَلَكِن

عُيونُ الدَهرِ تَطلُبُنا بِثارِ

For a time, his company I knew

But the eyes of fate seek retaliation

عَسى فَضلُ الإِلَهِ يُديل مِنها

وَيَجمَعُنا عَلى وِفقِ اِختَيارِ

May God’s grace spill over

And bring us together again, as He wills
