Sol 5.6

  1. Grace the gathering, and offer greetings

    with pure hearts and gladness.

  2. Within it, al-Mathānī is melodiously recited,

    and al-Inshirāḥ is heard.

  3. The Praised One’s grove beckons;

    so turn toward it—oh, what generosity!

  4. For the taste of life grows sweet

    in the morning breezes,

  5. that the full moon may say: “Triumphantly

    we journey—the lamp-niche has shone.”
