O you whom I am burdened with loving,
Burden me with cups of wine
And a life that has in its cheeks
Roses and blossoms,
And a burning desire buckled around your waist
In the sash,
Never did I see in the wilderness
A face as beautiful as yours,
When I saw the gray hairs on
My face telling of old age,
She said it was just dust that had settled
On me, so I said this was not mere dust
This is what transferred kings
From palaces to tombs,
She said you have refuted my claim
With excellent counterarguments,
O you, did you not see me
A night ever since I was created without day?
