ويأكُلنَ ما أَغنَى الوَلِيُّ فلَم يَلِت

كأَنَّ بِحَافَاتِ النَّهاءِ المزارِعا

And they eat what the guardian enriched, yet they do not become sated

As if at the edges of prosperity are barren fields
