على كل شيء رب أنت مهيمن

على كل شيء منك سلطان حسبة

O Lord, You have power over all things

O Lord, all things are under Your dominion

شهدت خفايا الممكنات وجهرها

فما غاب منها عنك مثقال ذرة

You witnessed the secrets and revelations of all possibilities

Nothing, not even an atom's weight, is hidden from You

رقيب عليهم بالذي يعلمونه

وآجال كل منهم والمعيشة

You watch over them in what they know

And the time of each, and their livelihood

رقيب عليهم حافظ لنظامهم

أحطت بهم ما بين علم وقدرة

You watch over them, preserving their order

You encompass them with knowledge and ability

رقيب على الأسرار كيف تلونت

قريب من الأرواح قرب محبة

You watch over their secret thoughts and how they change

Close to their souls, close in love

مشاهد مكنون الخواطر كاشف ال

خفايا بصير القوة الظاهرية

Witnessing the hidden thoughts, revealing

Secrets, seeing apparent power

الهي اشغلني بتجريد خاطري

مراقبة للحق في كل لحظة

O God, occupy me with purifying my thoughts

Observing truth at every moment

الهي اكشف البلوى فإني راجع

إليك على سوء بصدق الطوية

O God, remove afflictions, for I turn

To You in truth, with purified intent

دعائي عريض والمهيمن حاكم

وجل بلائي من أعادي الشريعة

My prayer is sincere, and You, O Lord, rule

Reduce my afflictions from those who oppose Your law

وهيمنة اللّه احتوت كل ممكن

فما قدر كشف الضر عن ذي بلية

And God's dominance contains all possibilities

So the harm cannot be revealed to those in distress

تارك بلائي يا مهيمن وارعني

بظلك واسمع يا مهيمن صرختي

Leave my afflictions, O Dominant, and shelter me

In Your shade, and hear my cry, O Lord
