الهِيَ أنت الوارث الملك مطلقاً

بكونك تبقى بعد كل الخليقة

O my God, You are the sole heir of the kingdom

As You remain after all creation

على أنه لم تنتقل عنك ذرة

من الملك في الأزال والأبدية

As if not an atom of the kingdom

Was transferred from You, never and forever

وعبدك والملك الذي أنت منعم

عليه به في القبضة المالكية

And Your servant and the kingdom You endowed him with

In Your all-encompassing grasp

لك الملك والملك المدبر أمره

بغير اعتبار لانتقال اراثة

For You is the kingdom, and the kingdom whose affairs are managed

Without consideration of inheritance being transferred

وكونك خير الوارثين دلالة ال

بقاء وإن لا حد للصمدية

And Your being the best of inheritors is proof that

There is no limit to the Eternal

وقولك نحن الوارثون جلالة

تجل عن الأعواز والممكنية

And Your saying "We are the inheritors" is majesty

Transcending disabilities and possibilities

وايراثك المخلوق للملك نعمة

على أنه ما حال عنك بلحظة

And Your inheriting the creation for the kingdom is a blessing

In that it has not departed from You for a moment

وما الملك للمخلوق إلا اضافة

مجازية في القبضة السرمدية

And the kingdom for the creation is only a metaphorical relation

In Your eternal grip

وملك وملك المالكين مصيه

إليك وهم لم يملكوا قدر نملة

And a kingdom, and the kingdom of the Kings belongs

To You while they have not owned so much as an ant

فلم يبق للدعوى بوجه تعلق

بملكك خابت كل دعوى وضلت

So no claim found footing

To Your kingdom, every claim is lost

فيا وارث أورثني العلم والصفا

وحلية أهل العلم أهل الحقيقة

So oh Inheritor, endow me with knowledge and purity

And the adornment of the people of knowledge, the people of truth
