The water and air donned clarity,
And the meadow was clothed in splendor and beauty.
It was as if the wilds became gardens,
And the gardens became Eden's wilds.
It was as if the air turned to fragrance,
And the fragrance turned to air.
By night, the sky seems an earth,
By day, you see the earth a sky.
The breezes adorned it with flowers and yellow,
The day it kept company with the winds.
You see it, between brightness and light,
Exchanging smiles and tears.
The trees remain, taking beauty
As shirts, or cloaks of grace.
When fruited, they wore eternity,
When leafed, they were clad in brilliance.
You see the cypress like pulpits glorying,
And birds above them preachers.
