وَخُضرٌ يَجمَعُ الأَعجازُ مِنها
مَناطِقُ مِثلَ أَطواقِ الحَمامِ
And green ones, their lower forms gathered in
Green sashes her slender waist,
by bands like the collars of doves;
Like bands on a dove so chaste,
لَها حُسنُ العَوارِضِ حينَ تَبدو
وَفيها لينُ أَعطافِ الغُلامِ
they have the beauty of cheeks when revealed,
With the charm of a fawn's soft grace
and the supple grace of a young man’s limbs.
And a youth's gentle embrace.
