وَيُزهى الفَتى بِالمال وَالجاهِ في الدُّنى
وَلذةِ مَطعومٍ وَناعمِ مَلبوسِ
The young man is adorned with wealth and status in this lowly world
With the pleasure of delicious food and fine clothes
وَغايتُهُ ضعفٌ وَشَيبٌ وَميتةٌ
وَقَبرٌ وَبَعثٌ للنَعيمِ أَو البُوسِ
Yet his end is weakness, old age, death
A grave, and resurrection to bliss or agony
