  1. بروق الحما أبرقي يا بروق

    عسى اللَه يسقي بك المجدبين

    O clouds flashing with lightning, flash, O clouds

    May Allah water the thirsty through you

  2. عسى أغصاننا الذاويه تنتعش

    وتثمر مع جملة المثمرين

    May our withered branches revive

    And bear fruit along with all the fruitful

  3. إذا لم تجد يا وسيع العطا

    فمن ذا لأهل الخطا المذنبين

    If You, O Vast of Giving, do not find

    Then who is there for the sinful offenders?

  4. فلا مانع لك على ما تشا

    في الكون يا أقدر القادرين

    You face no obstacle in what You desire

    O Most Able of those who are able!

  5. فلي قلب حائر قليل الهدى

    فبصره يا هادي الحائرين

    My heart is wandering, lacking guidance

    So guide it, O Guider of the wandering!

  6. إذا فاز أهل التقى بالعلا

    وبالفوز يا حسرة المبطلين

    If the people of piety attain glory

    And, O agony for the doomed, attain success!

  7. إذا صفت أقدامهم في الدجا

    وطابت مناجاة أهل اليقين

    If their feet align in the darkness

    And the invocation of the certain is sweet

  8. وطاب المنام لأهل السقام

    في الليل يا حسرة الغافلين

    And sleep becomes sweet for the ill

    O agony for the heedless by night!

  9. أيا قلبي السوء أما ترعوى

    وكم تعصى اللَه في العاصيين

    My evil heart, do you not fear Allah

    And how you disobey Him among the disobedient!

  10. فلا يغررك قول من قال فيك

    ولا ينفعك كثرة المادحين

    May neither the words of those who spoke of you

    Nor the multiplicity of those who praise you avail you

  11. وسيلتي يا ربّ بالمصطفى

    شفيع الورى سيد المرسلين

    My means, O Lord, are through the Chosen One

    Intercessor of mankind, master of messengers

  12. وبالأنبياء وأصحابهم

    مع آلهم ثم بالتابعين

    And through the prophets and their companions

    And their Household and the Successors after

  13. وبأسمائك اللَه يا خالقي

    وبالصحف ثم الكتاب المبين

    And by Your names, O my Creator

    And the Scriptures and the Manifest Book

  14. وبأملاكك اللَه يا رازقي

    توسلت يا بغية الآملين

    And by Your angels providing me, O my Sustainer

    I implore, O goal of the hopeful

  15. وبالأولياء وأسرارهم

    وبأهل الشريعة وأهل اليقين

    And the saints and their secrets

    And the people of Sacred Law and certainty

  16. تفضل بغفران كلّ الذنوب

    نكون جميعاً من الفائزين

    Bestow forgiveness for all sins

    That we may all be among the successful

  17. وجد بالرضا وجزل العطا

    واشمل به جملة الحاضرين

    Find approval and abundant giving

    And include among it all those present

  18. وطوّل لنا عمر سلطاننا

    واحرسه من أعين الحاسدين

    And lengthen the life of our Sultan

    And guard him from the eyes of enviers

  19. وكن حافظاً له وكن حارساً

    وكن ناصراً له وكن له معين

    And be for him a preserver and protector

    And be for him a victorious supporter and helper

  20. وعامله باللطف في أحواله

    مع حسن دنيا وإكمال دين

    And treat him gently in all his conditions

    With worldly success and perfection in religion

  21. وأصلحه يا ربّ في أفعاله

    وأصلح بأفعاله المسلمين

    And reform him, O Lord, in all his deeds

    And by his deeds reform the Muslims

  22. فأنت الرؤوف الكريم الرحيم

    ولا يضجرك كثرة السائلين

    For You are Gentle, Bountiful, Compassionate

    And the abundance of beseechers does not weary You

  23. خزائنك بالجود لا تنتهي

    لكثرة عطاياك للراغبين

    Your treasuries of generosity are without end

    For the abundance of Your gifts to the hopeful

  24. وصلواتك اللَه ياذا العلا

    على المصطفى كل وقت وحين

    And Your prayers, O Most High,

    Upon the Chosen One, at every time.
