Love is like fate, it gives and takes away,

Neither despair convinces us away from it, nor greed.

Its company and youth entice the youth in me,

While union is a playful child, and passion active.

Days where no sleep falls on our eyelids,

Nor do loved ones come to visit us.

And a night where thoughts cannot reach its end,

As if its edges are patience and agony.

When my youth was my sword and passion my aim,

My banner was play and pleasures my comrades.

I revived it while my friend in the darkness is hope,

The expanse of the earth my arena and my secret thoughts a creator.

Until it smiled in admiration of its decoration,

An eloquent expression and meaning invented in you.
