فَلا تَكونَن كَمَن أَلقَتهُ بِطنَتُهُ

بَينَ القَرينَينِ حَتّى ظَلَّ مَقرونا

So be not like the one whom his belly has laid

Between the two poles of the earth, to remain shackled
