ما عَلى العذّالِ لَو نَظَروا

ثُمَّ لاموا فيكَ أَو عَذَروا

No blame upon the blamers if they look

Then blame in you or make excuses fair

قَمرٌ ضَلَّ الأَنامُ بِهِ

ما بِهَذا يُعرَفُ القَمَرُ
