Go under God’s protection, and return safely,

Go with God's protection and return safely,

in glory, humbling the noses of the envious.

Defying with honor the noses of the envious,

راكباً في مركبٍ أرَّخْتُه

راكباً في مركبٍ أرَّخْتُه

إركَبوا فيه بخيرٍ آمنينْ

إركَبوا فيه بخيرٍ آمنينْ

Aboard a vessel whose date I set down:

Riding in a ship that I have constructed,

“Board it in goodness, safe and secure.”

Board it well and in security.
