مُلوكkings بَنيsons of عُثمانOsman فيin فلكthe firmament العُلىexalted glory
مُلوك بَني عُثمان في فلك العُلى
شُموسٌsuns تَباهَتtook pride بِالسَناءin grandeur وَبِالسَناand in radiance
شُموسٌ تَباهَت بِالسَناء وَبِالسَنا
The kings of the House of Osman, in the firmament of glory,
The kings of Ottoman's lineage in the orbit of supremacy,
are suns that have gloried in grandeur and radiance.
Suns that boasted of glory and splendor.
وَسُلطانناand our sultan عَبدservant of المَجيدthe Glorious لعزّهbecause of his might
وَسُلطاننا عَبد المَجيد لعزّه
غَدَتhave come to أَلسُنtongues الأَيّامthe days تَلهجspeak continually بِالثَناwith praise
غَدَت أَلسُن الأَيّام تَلهج بِالثَنا
And because of our sultan Abd al-Majid’s might,
And our Sultan Abdul Majid, due to his might,
the tongues of the days have come to utter praise unceasingly.
The tongues of time came to extol in praise.
