قَد أَشهَد الناس فَضلا
O you who, in the art of riddles,
O you whose excellence at riddles
have shown the people excellence,
Has been witnessed by people everywhere
ماذاwhat يُماثلmatches قَوليmy saying
ماذا يُماثل قَولي
أَصبstrike بِعَينيكwith your two eyes فَحلاa stallion
أَصب بِعَينيك فَحلا
