Whoever possesses the two virtues triumphs in both worlds:
The one endowed with beauty and virtue
obedience to God and kindness to one's parents.
Wins the two abodes through obeying God and honoring parents

فهما في الدهر ليسا خالدينْ
So seize the chance to honor them, and persevere in it,
So seize their kind acts and be patient with them
for neither of them is immortal in this world.
For they will not live forever in this world

How often they have lavished their kindness
As long as they have been generous to you
on you; kindness is a debt in the eyes of the noble.
Kindness to the noble is a duty
