Rise in the darkness of night and commune with your Lord, the Most High.

Arise in the darkness for your Lord, the Exalted Responder

And turn toward Him with your whole being, O hopeful one.

And turn to Him with all of yourself, O hopeful one

And leave all but Him, and humor love’s reproachers.

And leave all others and the allurer of passion's night

Your dark night will shine with the full moon of divine manifestation.

Your gloomy night will shine with the full moon of revelation
