O sons of al-Siddiq, you are my support.

And through you is my honor, and from you comes my aid.

So take me by the hand when I stumble,

And mend my brokenness, despite the envious one.

My masters, by God, what is this estrangement?

Indeed, the lovesick one's dwelling among you has already faded away.

So grant that I have become a transgressing servant:

Where is anyone besides you who pardons or gives generously?

Adorn me with wealth after my poverty,

And grant me abiding after annihilation.

And relieve the lovesick one of saying 'I',

And loosen those bonds from his throat.

So rescue your servant before ruin,

And set about keeping him safe from what he fears.

And pour into his wine-jar pure, choice wine,

From a choice vintage drawn from the wine of witnessing.

And may the blessing of God, Possessor of the Throne, be upon

The one who drew near, then descended and rose on high,

And upon his family and companions, so long as it is sweet

For those who affirm divine unity to affirm the oneness of existence.
