لله درّك طيّباً

لله درّك طيّباً

قد عطّرتني نفحتُكْ

قد عطّرتني نفحتُكْ

God bless you, fragrant one!

God guide you to goodness

Your fragrant waft has perfumed me;

Your fragrance has perfumed me

وقد سبت منّي النهى

وقد سبت منّي النهى

إن هي إلّا فتنتك

إن هي إلّا فتنتك

And it has stolen away my reason—

And you have led me away from propriety

It is nothing but your enchantment.
