لقدindeed سدتَyou attained eminence لمّاwhen سرتَyou walked فيin منهجthe path of القومِthe people
لقد سدتَ لمّا سرتَ في منهج القومِ
سبيلthe way of الهدىguidance تَهديyou guide إليهto it علىwith علمِknowledge
سبيل الهدى تَهدي إليه على علمِ
Indeed, you attained eminence when you walked the people's path,
When you walked in the path of the people,
the way of guidance, to which you lead with knowledge.
You blocked the way of guidance though you knew it well.
وإنّكand indeed you فيناamong us الأكبريّthe Akbari الّذيwho غدتhave become
وإنّك فينا الأكبريّ الّذي غدت
فتوحاتُهhis spiritual openings تقضيaffirm لعلياهfor his exalted rank بالختمthe status of the Seal
فتوحاتُه تقضي لعلياه بالختم
And indeed, among us you are the Akbari, whose
Yet to us you are the greatest, you who has become,
spiritual openings have come to affirm his exalted rank as the Seal.
With conquests concluding exalted destiny as decreed.
