ناداكit called to you وَصبحاًand at dawn جَنَتِplucked الأَقوامُthe peoples
The rose surrenders upon its thorn.
The rose surrenders to its thorns
It called to you, and at dawn the peoples plucked it.
Morning called you, garden of the people
قَدindeed أَذهَبَtook away ماءَwater (figuratively, honor) وَجهيmy face القَومُthe people هُناhere

The people here have taken away the water of my face.
My face's water the people took away
