ضَمَّت قِطَعَ الغيم يَدُ الأَنواءِ
تأتيit brings بِرَقيقٍwith something delicate مُزنَةٍa raincloud بَيضاءِwhite
تأتي بِرَقيقٍ مُزنَةٍ بَيضاءِ
The hand of the rainstorms gathered the fragments of cloud,
The fragments of clouds, the hands of breeze have gathered
Bringing a delicate white raincloud.
Bringing delicate, white, thin rain
يَمتَدِرُunclear as written; apparently misdivided from 'stretches' بابُهاits gate; apparently misdivided from 'its clouds' عَلىacross الخَضراءِthe sky, literally 'the green one'
يَمتَدِرُ بابُها عَلى الخَضراءِ
