قُولاSay, you two لمحكَّمٍto an arbiter عَلىover الحُكّامِthe judges
قُولا لمحكَّمٍ عَلى الحُكّامِ
راعٍa guardian لِحُقوقof the rights صُحبَةِof fellowship الخدّامِthe servants
راعٍ لِحُقوق صُحبَةِ الخدّامِ
Say, you two, to an arbiter over the judges,
Say to the ruler over rulers,
who safeguards the rights of fellowship with servants:
Guardian of the rights of the servants' community,
إِنif لَمnot تَرَyou see fit إِنفاذَsending كِتابٍa letter نَحويtoward me
إِن لَم تَرَ إِنفاذَ كِتابٍ نَحوي
فاذكرنيَthen mention me فيin صَحائِفِpages or records الأَقوامِthe peoples
فاذكرنيَ في صَحائِفِ الأَقوامِ
If you do not see fit to send a letter to me,
If you do not see to enforce my grammatical book,
then mention me in the people's records.
Then remember me in the pages of nations.
