فالمُرُّ يُصيبُ من تَعاطى الحَلوى
If the hand of fate inflicts harm, it is no wonder.
If time's hand hurts without reason
For bitterness befalls whoever has partaken of sweets.
Then bitterness strikes whoever tastes sweetness

My fate, in the language of its condition, commands me:
My fate with the language of its state commands me
“Drink the murky draught, for you have already drunk the clear.”
Drink bitterness for you have drunk pureness
